In two separate talks I had two lightbulb moments thanks to Karsten’s advice. The first was a way to reduce the time I spent working on higher level repetitive tasks. The second was a way to increase my revenue through a new income stream. I implemented both, and within four weeks I saw a bump in revenue and a reduction of the time I spend on brain zapping tasks.
