Reminder: Don’t Forget to File Your Objections to the Ventus Restructuring Plan

It appears the decision of the Ventus Restructuring vote hasn’t been officially confirmed despite ending on October 12th.

That doesn’t mean the clock for investors who want to file an objection stops ticking. The adviser has issued a deadline of October 19th – so I recommend any investor planning to file an objection do so before then. Ideally to both the advisor directly and to the court itself.
